We are seeking Physical Therapist's for a great career opportunity in Loveland, CO!
The Physical Therapistprovides clinical physical therapy evaluation and treatment plans for program participants 55 and older, on an acute restorative or maintenance level as needed. They are responsible for integrating physical therapy treatment plans into the Plan of Care.

Direct Hire position
Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
10% Travel to participants homes 90% in clinic
