💼 About the Role

The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal leadership role overseeing all aspects of clinical operations under the direction of the Administrator. You’ll ensure that every client receives exceptional, individualized care, while guiding and supporting a team of skilled clinicians.

This position is ideal for an RN with a strong background in home health supervision, leadership, and quality assurance — someone who thrives on developing people, maintaining compliance, and driving operational excellence.

🩺 What You’ll Do

Plan, organize, and direct ongoing clinical operations and patient care services

Oversee consumer care coordination — from referrals to individualized care plan development and review

Supervise and evaluate clinical staff, ensuring top-quality service and adherence to standards

Participate in policy development, quality management, and performance improvement initiatives

Provide training, mentoring, and education to promote staff growth and retention

Maintain effective communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies

Assist with marketing and community outreach to strengthen relationships and referral networks

💪 What You Bring

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)

CPR certification (required)

Prior home health leadership or supervisory experience (required)

Strong knowledge of clinical operations, quality assurance, and compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Skills & Qualifications
The Clinical Manager must have a minimum of two years home care experience and one year of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and home health care operations.

Knowledge of nursing practice, with emphasis on the provision of nursing services in the home environment.

Ability to foster constructive and therapeutic relationships with patients/clients and their families.

Ability to guide and assist staff members in fulfilling their responsibilities.

Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Colorado (or other compact state).

CPR certification.
Current, valid driver's license.
Access to a reliable automobile.
