HIV/AIDS Project

The AIDS/HIV project, in coordination with communities that are most affected by this disease, is designed to accomplish these objectives:

  • Increase awareness about the availability of quick testing and treatment for people with HIV/AIDS.

  • Intensify and replicate the Test 10,000 Campaign

  • Provide FREE anti-retroviral drugs to those suffering from this disease.

  • Conduct public health campaigns to help de-stigmatize those living with HIV/AIDS.

  • Educate and train community leaders to be accepting of people with HIV and get them more engaged in community activities to show that HIV is not a death sentence.

  • Educate nurses and other healthcare providers about current interventional therapies for the treatment of the disease.
