We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Nurse Aide Training Program Instructor at our vocational training facility in Lawrence, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and evaluating students enrolled in our CNA certification program. Duties include classroom instruction, clinical skills demonstration, and oversight of student performance during lab and clinical training. Candidates must have at least 1 year of long-term care experience and a passion for education. Flexible schedule options available: morning, evening, or weekend shifts.

- Be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active license in good standing.
- Have at least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in long-term care
- Ability to teach, mentor, and evaluate adult learners from diverse backgrounds
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
- CPR certification (current or willing to obtain)
