Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role is focused on delivering high-quality nursing care in a long-term care setting, with specific responsibilities in our respiratory care program. The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in patient care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administer direct patient care in accordance with medical standards and facility protocols
Utilize PointClickCare for timely and accurate patient documentation
Provide care to residents requiring immediate medical attention
Perform tasks in alignment with our respiratory program protocols
Administer prescribed respiratory therapies (e.g., flutter valve, incentive spirometer)
Maintain a high standard of patient safety and care quality
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals for comprehensive treatment
Maintain and manage oxygen equipment and supply inventory
Complete assigned clinical audits and ensure compliance with care standards
Demonstrate strong time management and the ability to work self-directed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Solid understanding of patient care standards and clinical protocols
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
RN license in good standing (required)
Previous experience in long-term care (required)
