EnnisCourt is a privately-owned and operated facility with 50 Skilled Nursing beds and 32 Assisted Living units, including 12 units in a secured, keypad-accessible area specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other cognitive impairments.

Qualified candidates must possess a current Registered Nurse license. They will be expected to have the skills necessary to perform the duties of a charge nurse. At least one year experience in long-term care is preferred. We offer health insurance benefits including prescription coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401k retirement plan, and PTO benefits. Pay is hourly, starting at $27 to $32 per hour (negotiable, commensurate with experience and willingness to be flexible with shift schedule). We have openings during the 7a - 3p shift, the 3p - 11-p shift, and a combination of these two shifts on different days.
