Job Description:
Perform home health RN (Registered Nurse) duties in patients homes-
Admissions / start of care
Re-admissions / resumption of care
Discharges
Care Coordination
Medication Administration
Wound care
Routine visits
Lab drops
Radius will vary from state, city and home health client but on average is 50 miles per day
Tablet or laptop will be provided
Pay package includes hourly rate, mileage reimbursement, and stipends for lodging and meals
Case load and note requirements will vary per home health facility

1 year of recent home health experience as an RN (Registered Nurse)
Active RN (Registered Nurse) license
Experience with HomeCare HomeBase and OASIS
Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and auto insurance
