Pay: $40-$44/hr

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and outpatient clinics. The ideal candidate will have experience in critical care, geriatrics, and a strong understanding of medical terminology and patient assessment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and perform treatments as directed by registered nurses or physicians.
Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, intake/output monitoring, and physical examinations.
Assist with IV infusion, catheter care, tube feeding, and other nursing procedures.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs.

• Valid LPN license
• Active BLS certification
• Covid Card
• Valid DL copy
