Registered Nurse II (Med-Surg)
Permanent | Full-Time | Up to $27,000 Bonus

What We Offer
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000–$20,000 (based on RN II/III experience)
Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (50–300 miles) | $7,500 (>300 miles)
Pay: ~$41.44/hr (mid-grade; varies with experience)
Shift Differentials: $3.50 evenings | $5.00 nights | $3.75 weekend days | $5.00 weekend evenings | $6.50 weekend nights
Location: Winchester, VA – Medical Telemetry Unit

About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse II to join our Med-Surg team. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional patient care, guide and mentor colleagues, and champion safety, communication, and professional nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care and manage the full nursing process
Lead and support colleagues, including serving as Charge Nurse when needed
Educate patients and families while driving quality and safety initiatives
Maintain annual/unit-specific competencies and professional practice requirements
Engage in committees, education programs, and peer review

Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements -
