We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leadership, Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a contract basis in Batesville, AR.
JOB DETAILS:

PAY DETAILS:
Starting Base Salary of $115k, and will review applicants at higher requested salaries based on professional experience. - Requirements

Bachelor of Science, preferred Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related graduate degree with current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas. - Required.
Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications. - Required.
Proven leadership experience in cardiovascular services or a related clinical service line. - Required.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and engage a diverse healthcare team.
Preferred certifications: Certified Cardiovascular Registered Nurse (CVRN), Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), AACVPR certification, or healthcare executive credential (ACHE/FACHE).
