Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
Current BLS certification
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Minimum of 3 years experience in an outpatient PT setting
Must be able to work evenings and flexible shifts

Prior experience with EPIC EMR system
Strong background in orthopedic and vestibular rehabilitation
