About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Lawton, OK. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of patient populations and conditions, while enjoying strong teamwork and support in a collaborative environment.

As a Med-Surg RN, you will:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients across the lifespan (infants, children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics).

Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and physiological parameters using telemetry equipment.

Care for patients with complex conditions such as heart failure, diabetes, gastrointestinal diseases, and post-surgical needs.

Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Unit Details

Unit size: 12 beds

Patient ratio: 1:4–5 (based on acuity)

Unit type: Med-Surg with Telemetry, overflow capacity

Compensation & Perks

Base pay: $30 – $38.82/hour (DOE)

Shift differentials & Clinical Pathway available

$6,000 Sign-On Bonus!

$2,000 Relocation Bonus (must establish a new Lawton, OK address – relocation not eligible for Elgin, Cache, or surrounding areas)

Qualifications

✅ Active RN license in Oklahoma
✅ 6+ months of Med-Surg experience
✅ BLS Certification – Required
✅ NIH Certification (current or willing to obtain)
⭐ BSN – Preferred
