Responsibilities:
Deliver quality patient care in line with physician orders
Monitor patient condition and report changes
Document assessments, actions, and responses accurately
Participate in developing and updating care plans
Provide patient/family education
Follow infection control and OSHA standards
Meet competency and continuing education requirements



Qualifications :
Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
