💰 Pay & Bonus:
$8,000 – $12,000 Sign-On Bonus!!
Hourly Range: $28.90 – $41.00 (DOE)
Shift Differentials:
7a–3p Sat/Sun: +$1.25/hr
3p–11p Mon–Thu: +$2.00/hr | Fri–Sun: +$3.00/hr
11p–7a Mon–Thu: +$4.00/hr | Fri–Sun: +$5.00/hr

Job responsibilities
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered behavioral health nursing care
Assess, plan, and coordinate treatment with an interdisciplinary team
Support patients and families through education & discharge planning
Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients
Serve as a clinical leader—overseeing care staff, delegating tasks, and modeling excellence

What We’re Looking For

Active Michigan RN license (BSN preferred, ADN accepted)
Experience in Psych or ED nursing preferred (new grads welcome)
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
