Position Overview:
The LVN provides and documents skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following a care plan and physician orders, while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders and care plan
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Educate patients and families on care techniques and disease management
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Stay current with continuing education and required competencies

Requirements:
• Active, unrestricted CA LVN license
• CPR certification (hands-on)
• Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
