Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Pay Rate Range: $35-40/HR*
Location: Oakland,CA
Client: Aveanna Healthcare
Position Overview:
The LVN provides and documents skilled nursing care under RN supervision, following a care plan and physician orders, while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders and care plan
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes promptly
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Educate patients and families on care techniques and disease management
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Stay current with continuing education and required competencies

Requirements:
Active, unrestricted CA LVN license
CPR certification (hands-on)
TB test – 2-step, within the last 12 months
Minimum 1 year of LVN experience
Reliable transportation
Proficient in assessments, documentation, and care standards
Continuing education as required by the state
