Job Description
Seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, develop and implement care plans, and supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed.
Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs.
Provide patient and family education on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.
Ensure adherence to established nursing standards and protocols.
Experience:
Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles.
Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans.
Experience in supervising and delegating tasks to other healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Requirements:
Valid RN license in the state of Rhode Island.
Current CPR and ACLS certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
