As a Home Care RN, you’ll work independently to deliver high-quality, personalized nursing care to clients in their homes. You’ll be supported by a responsive, experienced team and enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that fits your life.

✅ Your Responsibilities:
Perform skilled nursing visits and comprehensive assessments in clients’ homes.

Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Administer treatments including medications, IV therapy, wound care, and more.

Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and prevention.

Monitor health status, maintain documentation, and report changes as needed.

🎓 Requirements:
Current RN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (required).

At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience; home care or community nursing is a plus.

Comfortable working autonomously and adapting to varied home environments.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and critical thinking skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the Boston area.
