We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate will work with individuals across the lifespan to help them achieve effective communication and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs or therapy plans) based on assessment results.
Provide direct therapy services to patients/students in individual or group settings.
Collaborate with educators, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals to support treatment goals.
Maintain detailed and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies and home exercise programs.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to case management and care coordination.
Stay current with developments in the field through continuing education and professional development.
Must hold SC SLP license and educator certificate or be in the process of applying
