Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: avg census in Neuro ICU is 10pts, Neurosurgery consults avg 5/night
No other Neurologists be Present During Locum's Assignment
2 neuro intensivists in group and they will be available by phone at nights
3Advanced Practice Providers in Group
Lab Onsite & Xray on site
Typical level 1 trauma set up
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Trauma Level/Designation: level 1 trauma, comprehensive stroke
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:90-120 days
Travel Reimbursement Information:
All bookings must be standard/economy
Lodging must be within $150/night
Anything else that exceeds this must be approved by the facility

Board Certified (PA or CNP licensed in Ohio) - REQUIRED
OH license REQUIRED (no exceptions)
Clean background REQUIRED (no exceptions)
BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
ENLS - Highly preferred
Must be comfortable covering a neuro ICU in a level 1 trauma center. Experience working with stroke patients. - REQUIRED APC that can cover a level 1 trauma center neuro ICU (16 beds) at night. This candidate will also cover neurosurgical consults at night - REQUIRED
