• Administer medications and treatments, including wound care, catheterizations, and IV therapy
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient responses to treatment
• Assist in patient assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
• Report changes in patient conditions to RNs and physicians promptly
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in EMR systems
• Support a clean and safe care environment by following clinical protocols and infection control standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure cohesive and quality patient care
• Active LPN license in the state.
• Current CPR certification
• Prior experience as an LPN preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, medication administration, and wound care
• Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
